Buying a car from us motors
Registration is Not required. After Contact Us you can buy any car that you want.
T.T:Telegraphic Transfer: is the best way to electronically transfer your payment to us. Please contact your bank for more information. PAYPAL Credit Card. L/C: Letter of Credit:This is a payment method using your bank to secure payment with us. We accept Letters of Credit paid at sight.

2. Fill in all required information with your contact details.
3. Once our staff responds to your inquiry, we can begin the process.
4. If both you and us motors reach an agreement on pricing and conditions, you will be notified as such.
5. You will receive the Proforma Invoice.

Currencies
We usually send quotations in U.S. Dollars or Japanese Yen. Please use an online currency convert to check the amount in your desired currency
We are unable tell you the exact time for your car to be delivered as it completely depends on the shipping schedule. However, your car will be shipped on the earliest available vessel. Usually, it takes 4 to 7 weeks.
You can cancel your purchase order from stock vehicle within 5 working days after confirmation and your deposit will be fully refunded. If the vehicle was purchased from auction account through a bid and if notified within 1 hour of purchase, a penalty of JPY 80,000 would be charged to cancel. If the time exceeds more than 1 hour, then the total cost and loss of re-sale / re-auction would be charged and immediate charges would be deducted from your deposit.

Ro/Ro is an acronym for Roll on/ Roll off. It is a specific type of service offered by the Shipping Lines for shipping vehicles only. This type of sea freight operation can be described as where the vessel is loaded using ramps, and the cargo is driven in to and out of the vessel by way of these ramps.

Payment Terms
Our vehicles are sold out on first come first served basis. As soon as you received the proforma invoice, Please make a 50% payment by TT or by a credit card and send us a copy of the payment receipt. We will secure the vehicle for you once the payment has been confirmed.
All cars are thoroughly inspected to confirm that there is no difference between the actual specifications and those on the specification sheet.
We will inform you on payment process when you start your purchase.
C & F: Cost and Freight. This is the cost of the vehicle including shipping. FOB: Freight-On-Board/Free-On-Board. This is the cost of the vehicle excluding shipping freight charges. Freight Prepaid – Freight will be paid in Japan by the exporter. Freight Collect – Freight will be paid by the customer at destination port. CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight. This is the cost of the vehicle including shipping and insurance.
We require a deposit to ensure security of both the user and us that there will be no last minute cancellations of bid or any fake or spam bid request. In case the bid is failed and the car is sold to someone else, your deposit will be refunded or you can use the same in your next bidding.

Importing your vehicle
The below documents will be couriered to you by us motors: Commercial Invoice Bill of Lading (B/L) Export Certificate/Masho English translated version of Export Certificate/Masho Other documents (where applicable)
Once you receive all documents by courier you are able to start the necessary clearing process at the port. Please consult your clearing agents at your port for further information.
Yes, once the package has been discharged, we will inform you the tracking number and on how to track it.
In principal this cannot be done. If you wish to change the vehicle that you ordered, you will need to cancel that order first. However, you will have to pay the cancelation charges accordingly. Once the original ordered vehicle is canceled, you can order the other vehicle.
